Hello, I’m Cynthia! I’m a product designer, illustrator, and photographer based in New York City.
I’ve always been passionate about the arts, and I especially love writing, illustrating, and photographing in my free time. Out of that love grew Tiny Jars of Stars, a kindness project where I write messages of encouragement to share with others, hoping to brighten someone’s day and spread a little light in the world. I also design and sell illustrated goods as another way to give back, donating the profits to organizations close to my heart, including Human Rights Campaign and I AM ALS.
My design journey formally began in 2013 at Parsons School of Design, where I earned a Certificate in Graphic and Digital Design. In 2015, I completed the UX Design Bootcamp at General Assembly and have been designing ever since. Today, I’m proud to be a Product Designer at Cisco Duo Security, where I create experiences that make security clear, scalable, and human.
In my work, I focus on crafting user-centered solutions through research, strategy, design, and iteration. My experience designing across multiple platforms with an unbiased, systems-minded approach helps bridge the gap between functional solutions and meaningful experiences that drive real impact.
