Hello, I’m Cynthia! 🤗 I’m a product designer, illustrator, and photographer based in New York City.
I’ve always been passionate about the arts, and I particularly enjoyed illustrating and photographing in my free time. I also founded Tiny Jars of Stars, a kindness project where I fold paper stars and write messages of kindness to share with others, hoping to brighten someone’s day and spread a little light in the world.
My design journey formally began in 2013 at Parsons School of Design, where I graduated with a Certificate in Graphic and Digital Design. Then, in 2015, I attended General Assembly UX Bootcamp and graduated with a Certificate in User Experience Design. I am now thrilled to be working full-time as a Product Designer at Cisco Duo Security.
In my work, I focus on creating user-centered designs through research, strategy, design, and iteration to deliver the best product. My experience in designing multiple platforms with an unbiased approach to the UX process bridges the gap between functional solutions and truly meaningful user experiences that make a positive impact.
